High-Performance Web Products
Web products built for performance, search, and integration — not just for show.
Many agencies ship websites; we ship web products. The distinction matters: a product has integrations, an admin surface, content workflows, performance budgets, and SEO baked into the foundation. We build on Next.js + React because the framework's data, caching, and rendering model matches what real businesses need — fast first paint, server rendering for SEO, smooth client navigation, and clean integration points for the rest of your stack.
In short
Brioodev builds production web products on React and Next.js — fast, scalable, SEO-foundational by default. Each build is optimised for Core Web Vitals, wired to your CRM and back-office systems, and ships with a headless CMS when content cadence demands it. Built for businesses that have outgrown their website and need a real product instead.

Common questions
The things people ask before signing.
If your question is not here, send it via the enquiry form — every reply is written by the founder, not a bot.
- Why Next.js instead of WordPress, Webflow, or another framework?
- WordPress and Webflow win for simple brochure sites with low content cadence. Next.js wins when you need real performance, real SEO, real integrations, real type-safety, and the option to grow the site into a full application later. We pick the right tool — but most clients who reach us have already outgrown the no-code path.
- Will my site be fast enough to rank?
- Every build ships with a Core Web Vitals budget enforced at build time. We benchmark on real devices (not just Lighthouse) before launch and target LCP under 2 seconds, CLS under 0.1, INP under 200ms. Performance is a feature, not an afterthought.
- Do you do SEO, or do I need a separate SEO consultant?
- We ship the technical SEO foundation — sitemap, robots, structured data, Open Graph, canonicals, proper headings, image alt-text, internal linking, page speed. That gets you to rank-ready. Content strategy and link-building are typically handled by you or a content specialist; we'll align with whichever direction you go.
- Can you integrate with my existing systems?
- Yes. We routinely integrate with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), CMS (Sanity, Contentful, Payload, Strapi), analytics (GA4, Plausible, Posthog), email (Resend, SendGrid, EmailJS), payments (Stripe, Razorpay), and any system with a REST or GraphQL API.
- What about CMS — do I need one?
- Only if you have a real content cadence (blog posts, case studies, product pages updated weekly or more). Otherwise, content can live in MDX files in the repo, which is simpler and faster to ship. We'll recommend whichever fits your actual editorial workflow.
- How long does a marketing site or web product build typically take?
- Three to eight weeks for a polished marketing site with CMS and integrations. Longer for true web products with auth, dashboards, or back-office tooling — that's closer to AI SaaS Development territory.
- Do you handle hosting and DNS?
- We deploy to Vercel by default and walk you through DNS setup. Vercel handles SSL, edge caching, and previews automatically. You own the account and the bill.
